Drift Main FAQ's

Below are a list of our most frequently asked questions.

How long is a Drift Experience?

Drift offers a variety of experience durations depending on your membership or booking choice. We recommend setting aside a little extra time so you can arrive early and leave unhurried.

What should I wear?

Loose, comfortable clothing is best. Pants that can be rolled to the knee and tops that allow access from elbows to hands and to the neck are ideal.

Will I need to change clothes?

No. You’ll remain fully dressed for your session, removing only shoes, socks, and jewelry.

Is the experience private?

Yes. Each guest has a softly lit, curtained area with a luxury zero-gravity chair, a warmed weighted blanket, and a personal basket for belongings.

Can I wear jewelry?

We recommend removing jewelry before your session. A private basket is provided to safely hold your belongings.

Are essential oils used?

Yes, light essential oils are part of the Drift ritual. They are applied gently and never leave your hair or skin oily.

Will my makeup or hair be affected?

Only minimally, if at all. Gentle touch near the temples or forehead will be included. You will have access to a mirror so you can refresh before leaving.

How is reflexology different from massage?

Unlike massage, reflexology focuses on specific points in the feet, hands, and ears that correspond to systems throughout the body. It is deeply restorative yet done fully clothed, leaving you refreshed and ready to continue your day.

What does a session feel like?

Expect a soothing combination of gentle pressure, warm towels, hot stones, and aromatherapy. The experience is deeply relaxing and often described as balancing for both body and mind.

Can I share my membership with someone else?

To keep your experience personal and tailored, memberships are for individual use only. You’re always welcome to invite a friend or partner to book their own Drift session.

Can I bring a child or guest to wait with me?

For the comfort of all guests, non-participating children and guests are not permitted in the treatment areas. Drift is designed as a quiet space for restoration.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Nothing is required. You may want to bring a small brush or comb if you’d like to freshen up afterward.

What happens if I arrive late?

We’ll always do our best to accommodate, but arriving late may shorten your session to ensure we honor all guest appointments.

Can I use my phone during the session?

Drift is a phone-free environment designed for true restoration. We invite you to unplug and give yourself the gift of presence.

How often should I come?

We believe restoration is most powerful as a rhythm. Memberships are designed to help you make reflexology a consistent ritual of care each month.

How will I feel after?

Guests often describe leaving lighter, clearer, and deeply renewed, ready to return to work, meet friends, or step into the evening with ease.

What is foot zoning?

Foot zoning is a holistic wellness practice that uses precise touch along mapped areas of the feet to encourage natural balance and flow throughout the body. Each session is shaped by the practitioner’s professional training and intuitive understanding, creating a mindful, interactive experience that supports whole-body renewal.

How is foot zoning practiced?

Foot zoning is performed entirely through the feet, where every area corresponds to a specific system within the body. Using detailed foot mapping and focused pressure techniques, practitioners help promote alignment and overall wellness. The process is guided with care and communication, allowing each guest to experience relaxation and gentle restoration from the ground up.

What should I expect during a session?

You’ll begin with a warm foot bath, then recline in a private, quiet room. Your practitioner will apply precise zone techniques across mapped areas of the feet and will check in periodically throughout the process. Some areas can feel tender, which is normal and helps guide the work.

How will I feel afterward?

Guests often describe feeling calm, centered, and refreshed, with a sense of lightness that continues to unfold in the hours or days that follow. Some experience an energizing lift, while others feel drawn to rest. We encourage you to drink water, take it easy, and allow your body to integrate the benefits of the session at its own pace.

Who performs foot zoning at Drift?

All sessions are led by practitioners certified in foot zoning and holistic body balance techniques, ensuring a safe, informed, and personalized experience.
